In looking at how SIFA could assist the industry in attracting talent that either understands or is passionate about our industry, we determined that the Australian shooting industry required its own specialised place to advertise vacancies to a captive market potential candidates.
It is pleasing to note that the Australian shooting industry has embraced this free resource and that businesses around Australia have successfully used it to find the staff they require.
This SIFA initiative will only get better the more that it is used, and we encourage all businesses to list their jobs and take advantage of the traffic that it is receiving.
SIFA is pleased to publish the first 6 months analytics of our Australian shooting industry job centre.
